Staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, particularly in the restaurant during our celebration. the pool area and changing rooms were disappointingly unclean, lacking attention that could affect guest experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, yet the absence of hot water in the family room made the stay less enjoyable.

I had a pleasant experience at the Doubletree in Cumbernauld. The golf course offered an enjoyable challenge, although the price for just nine holes felt a bit steep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, contributing positively to the atmosphere. the dining experience fell short. The menu didn’t impress, especially given the high prices. My meal didn’t live up to expectations, particularly for the cost. I encountered some wait times that could be improved as well. For a hotel aiming for higher standards, better dining quality and service would enhance the overall experience.
